Thank you for shopping with Hyalite Clothing Company. Each item is made to order, which means your order is produced specifically for you after it is placed. Below is an overview of how our shipping process works.


Order Processing

All products are made to order through our fulfillment partners.

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced before they ship. During busy seasons or product launches, production times may occasionally be longer.

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using standard shipping carriers.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after production:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipment notification is sent.


Multiple Shipments

Because our products may be fulfilled by different facilities, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to recover the package. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship the order once updated shipping costs are paid.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item so we can help resolve the issue.
