When will my order ship?

All Hyalite Clothing Company products are made to order. Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced before they ship.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times after production are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because orders begin production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been placed.

If you need to modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Some products may be produced at different fulfillment facilities. If this happens, items from the same order may arrive in separate shipments with different tracking numbers.

How are your products made?

Our products are created using print-on-demand production. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed rather than being mass manufactured and stored in a warehouse.

This approach helps reduce waste and allows us to focus on producing only what is needed.

Where are your products produced?

We work with professional fulfillment partners who print and ship orders from facilities located primarily in the United States and other international locations depending on product availability.

What printing methods are used?

Most apparel is produced using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, a method that prints designs directly onto fabric using specialized textile inks. This allows for detailed artwork and a soft feel on the garment.

Some products may use other methods such as embroidery or patch applications depending on the design.

Will the colors look exactly like they do online?

We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings or device.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size chart to help you choose the correct fit.

We recommend comparing the measurements to a favorite garment you already own for the most accurate sizing.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Because items are printed to order, we typically cannot offer exchanges for sizing issues. Please review the size charts carefully before placing your order.

Do you accept returns?

Since each item is made to order, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and the problem

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Once your order ships, you will receive atracking number via email that allows you to monitor your package’s delivery progress.

What if my package is lost?

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the updated shipping cost is paid.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Hyalite Clothing Company only ships within the United States. We are not currently offering international shipping.
