Return & Refund Policy

At Hyalite Clothing Company, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the problem

Once verified, we will send a replacement or process a refund at no additional cost.

Size & Fit

All of our products include sizing information to help you select the best fit.

Because items are printed specifically for each order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or changes of mind. Please review the size charts carefully before purchasing.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to recover the package.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the updated shipping cost is paid.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed.
